The location is excellent near shopping centers and the beach. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including tasty Thai dishes. The pool features water slides and multiple levels which were fun. Staff were friendly and always available to assist when needed.

The location offered immediate access to the beach and a short walk to Terminal 21. I found the pool area to be very well-kept and enjoyable. Staff members were helpful and quick to assist with requests. I especially liked the convenience of having a buggy service available.

Amazing Stay with Really good Service!

The location is great. It is within walking distance of many shopping malls. The hotel offers convenient access to the beach. The proximity is amazing. The pool facilities are excellent. The slides are an awesome bonus. I enjoyed access to the beautiful park. It had lots of shade to walk around.
The wait for the golf cart was a bit long. That was probably due to the crowds.

The staff was very attentive. Woody the concierge was especially helpful! I would like to thank him for his service. Bonus, the catering front line manager, runs her staff very well.

The hotel features a large swimming pool with comprehensive facilities. A push button provides very good service for food and drinks, which I found helpful. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. This ensured I was always connected.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. The food was delicious. I found it over and above expectations, with many nationalities represented. I also tried the Italian restaurant, and I recommend the pizzas. The oven is right in front of you.
